Furniture we cannot accept

We are unable to accept electrical equipment.

We cannot accept soft furnishing that do not have the required fire retardant labels

We only accept mattresses if they are clean - free of stains.

Because it now costs us £28 per hour to collect furniture and we have limited storage, we must be selective with the furniture we collect. Our carrier are carefully briefed as to the standard of furniture we will accept and what furniture our clients want.

If he assesses that the furniture is not useable for our needs, he is given the authority to leave it behind. We apologise for this in advance.

We are a small charity, keeping our costs to a minimum and cannot afford to take items that we cannot use.
