Who are we?

We are a small charitable organisation set up to help people in need.
There is a full-time co-ordinator who is assisted by part-time workforce and volunteers who run the scheme on a day to day basis.

We also have a small workshop where young trainees learn basic skills in carpentry and maintenance. This is run by a full-time trainer. If you work with a young person who would benefit from a 12 week training course in carpentry and maintenace please contact us via the following e-mail: youthtrainingfurniturescheme@live.co.uk. Please note there is a waiting list.

What do we do?

We collect donated furniture from the Richmond borough area, which is in good condition, and recycle it mostly to people in need. The furniture is stored in our premises where customers can view it. We have a small committee of seven members who meet every six weeks.
